Chip Clark

Project Management

Chip Clark is an organization development consultant who first learned project management in 1988, working with high-tech project managers in California’s Silicon Valley. She spent the next several years teaching project management skills to product development teams at companies from A (Apple Computer) to Z (Zonare Medical Systems). Project management training and consulting have been an integral part of her practice ever since. She currently teaches Fundamentals of Project Management for the Gardiner Center at Memorial University, and coaches project managers. Chip also has extensive experience facilitating strategic planning and change management projects, resolving workplace conflicts, and facilitating difficult meetings of all types. She holds degrees in Biology and Counselling Psychology, and pursued graduate studies in Cultural Anthropology. She lives in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
