Karen has sales and marketing experience in 15 countries and is an experienced global sales leader, facilitator and strong negotiator with skills in motivating others through encouragement and enthusiasm. She is the author and co-author of numerous academic articles and business cases, including one which won the Award of Excellence (Emerald Literati Club). Karen holds a PhD in Marketing and Sales Leadership from Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, UK and an MBA and HBA from the Ivey Business School, Canada. Her current research examines leadership factors influencing sales performance.
