Marija Savic Lopicic

Marija Savic Lopicic describes herself as “a strategic thinker who drives change through business operating models and talent management programs.” Career highlights have included partnering with Schulich Business School to create a multi-tiered leadership program, launching an international Internship program that enabled students from China to gain Canadian experiences, and partnering with the Martin Aboriginal Education Initiative (MAEI) to enable business professionals to mentor Aboriginal high school students. Experienced in both private and public-sector organizations, Marija brings over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent and Personal Development at Ernst and Young, Grant Thornton LLP, Metrolinx, and Pearson Education. She has developed customized programs and coached individuals across all organizational levels, from entry-level to senior executive.

Marija currently lives in Toronto with her family, speaks 3 languages, and still aspires to one day work at the United Nations.
