Canada can be a food empire, Schulich ExecEd expert tells BNN

Brynn Winegard, Schulich ExecEd faculty member and instructor for the Factors for Success in Your Agri-Food Business, spoke on BNN TV in November 2015 describing opportunities for Canadian food processors to tap into the global market for food products. Winegard noted that Canada has an $8-billion trade deficit in processed food products, which it could reduce by processing more of its own agricultural output.
