New certificate program aims to transform police leadership in Ontario

Schulich ExecEd, in partnership with the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police and McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business, is launching a new Certificate in Executive Police Leadership program in January 2026. The 11-month hybrid program is designed to develop the next generation of police leaders through hands-on learning, strategic decision-making, and collaboration across Ontario’s police services.
