Taking the Masters Certificate In Organization Development and Change Online

Marilyn Laiken, Program Director, Centre of Excellence in Organization Development and Change shares her insights into the transition to the online classroom this fall. Her programs keep their curriculum and basic structure intact while incorporating appropriate changes for the online setting. All engaging and exciting learning activities will still be there – small and large group discussions and break-outs, polls, role play, and interactivity with synchronous and asynchronous activities and resources – capturing the magic, dynamism and excitement of the in-class experience.
