Program Overview

  • Receive a primer on strategic foresight, futuristic thinking, machine learning, data analytics and RPA. Through an interactive exercise, use Janus Cones to apply module learnings and share insights with peers in a round table discussion.

  • A guest keynote speaker will introduce the role of Speculative Design. Afterwards, learn about AI, deep learning and ideation with future technologies. Discuss module topics with peers.

  • Understand the foresight behind strategic planning for teams, products or roadmaps, and get introduced to backcasting, blockchain and distributed ledger systems. Learn the Foresight Maturity Model Framework and practice module learnings with an interactive exercise.

  • Lead organizational change and develop foresight capabilities. Jump into a primer on AR/VR and consolidate learnings through exercises and in-class discussions.

  • Following Module 4, participants will be welcome to facilitate peer-to-peer sessions that focus on the challenges faced when going from training to implementation.
