Learn to identify and overcome issues that may be influencing your effectiveness at work and clear the way to success through increased confidence, self-esteem, creativity and problem-solving skills with this introspective program.
As part of this curriculum, you’ll have the chance to design and plan your own DRIVE Accelerator Worksheet. This project includes individual instructor support and feedback, as well as guided self-coaching implementation techniques and follow-up strategies.
To help deepen your learnings after the program, all participants will receive a copy of instructor Diana Kawarsky’s new eBook, The Soft Cs, which includes the key strategies, insights and case studies that inspired the program material.
