  • Start from the beginning with a self-paced, online overview of Six Sigma and Lean principles. This module is a prerequisite to the next Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt module.

     

    This module is designed to give those without prior knowledge of the methodologies a brief overview of Six Sigma and Lean principles, including exactly what it is and why it is being used in businesses around the world to streamline operations and eliminate waste. It is a perfect introduction to the world of Lean Six Sigma and prepares anyone to participate in a Lean Six Sigma project at their organization.

  • Prerequisite: Lean Six Sigma White Belt

     

    Continue your Lean Six Sigma learning path with a deeper dive into Lean and Six Sigma principles, including the 8 types of wastes in a process, understanding what defects are, and specific problem-solving methodologies. Prepare for change with root cause analysis and effectively manage it with the right communication strategies. Dive into key measurements, like measuring central tendency, variation and a process (metrics).

  • Prerequisite: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
    Optional: Certification and Coaching

     

    Learn advanced Lean Six Sigma techniques in project management and change leadership, and gain tools to visualize and analyze data. Build your personal leadership capability with Lean methods and gain an understanding of how to ensure sustainable improvements. Then, finish off the module with an introduction to sustainable improvements through control plans and charts.

    Become a true Lean Six Sigma expert by finalizing your personal leadership skills to influence and resolve conflicts. Leverage advanced data tools for hypothesis testing and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and touch on other key data analytics topics like hypothesis testing, designing experiments, and regression analysis.
