Kristen Peterson

Kristen Peterson is a master facilitator, trainer, and organizational development consultant specializing in the people skills that fuel innovation and drive organizational growth. Known for her passion, energy, and infectious can-do spirit, she brings 20+ years of hands-on experience working with clients around the globe in her role as an Innovation Catalyst.

Kristen serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Master of Science program in Creativity and Change Leadership at the State University of New York College at Buffalo, where she also earned her MSc. She is a former Director of the Creative Problem Solving Institute and a founder of Mindcamp Canada.

Always curious and eager to stretch her mind, Kristen even completed the Improvisation Program at The Second City in Toronto—proving that creativity, play, and professional growth go hand in hand.
