Vern Campbell
Vern has over 20 years of experience in the field of strategy development, strategy implementation and deployment, KPI systems development and deployment, and organizational process improvement. He has consulted with various industries and sectors: agriculture, food processing, healthcare, non-profit, manufacturing, human resources/payroll, electric utilities, packaging, education, and regulatory bodies, to name but a few. The breadth and scope of the engagements have varied but include Strategy Planning and deployment, cultural transformations, KPI systems, Executive training and coaching, leadership and supervisor development and coaching, strategic project selection and execution, Lean Six Sigma training and coaching, basic data analysis, interpretation and problem-solving. The objective of any consulting engagement is to transfer the knowledge and skills to the client organization so that they may strive for and realize self-sufficiency.
Prior to becoming a professional trainer and consultant, Vern spent twenty years at Manitoba Hydro and Northern Blower in General Management and Financial Planning and leading their Strategic Planning and Quality Improvement Initiatives.
Vern is a Professional Engineer (APEGM), earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with Distinction, from the University of Manitoba. He was awarded the Gold Medal from the Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering and went on to attain his Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. Vern is an Associate Professor and Engineer in Residence with the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Manitoba, teaching 4th year and graduate level in Operational Excellence. Vern is also an MBA sessional lecturer in Lean Management at the Asper School of Business and guest lectures at the University of Miami’s School of Business Administration and the Stern School of Business at New York University, New York.

Christina Cleveland
Christina currently works at RBC as Vice President, Global Diversity & Inclusion.
She brings over 20 years of progressive experience in performance consulting, behaviour change and leadership development. An accomplished senior leader and talent professional with global experience managing complex programs, empowering high-performing teams and developing talent strategies to unlock potential and maximize organizational effectiveness.
Christina is recognized as an influential and resilient business partner who cultivates collaborative relationships, sets and achieves high standards and delivers business results.
Christina earned her B.Ed majoring in Adult Education from Brock University and her B.A. and Professional
HR Management Certificate from York University. She is a Certified Brain Based Coach through the
NeuroLeadership Institute. Christina also holds her CTDP Designation with the Institute for Performance and
Learning.
Christina lives in Toronto and outside of work devotes her time to her family or volunteers with various community causes. Depending on the season, she can be found in a hockey arena or at baseball diamond cheering for her son’s team or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.

Greg Kozdrowski
Greg Kozdrowski has a BA and MCATD, and he resides in Toronto. He specializes in performance consulting, instructional design and learning technology.

Alex Zlatin
Alex Zlatin helps struggling dental professionals take control of their practices and reach the next level of success with responsible leadership strategies. Leveraging over 13 years of management and consulting experience, he empowers organizations to become more productive and profitable based on the belief that successful businesses establish a genuine connection with employees, stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
His passion for strategic management and business leadership began with earning a B.Sc. in Technology Management at HIT in Israel, after which he attended Edinburgh Business School to earn his MBA. Upon graduating from Heriot-Watt University in 2012, Alex immigrated with his wife Karina to Winnipeg, MB, Canada, where he first joined Maxim Software Systems as the Director of Operations. After working with the company for several years in different capacities, he rose to his current position of CEO.
Alex volunteers his time and expertise to various professional organizations, such as serving on the Advisory Board for AMBAC (Association of MBAs in Canada), as a business mentor to young entrepreneurs for Futurepreneur Canada, and launching his own organization, Dental Office Managers Association of Canada.

John Maggirias
Dr. John Maggirias has managed, grown, and brokered over $500 million in dental practice assets over his 20+ years in the dental industry. With a background in data analytics from his time in academia, Dr. John Maggirias brings a data-driven approach to his current work at Dentacloud. As an independent researcher and data scientist in the Community Dental Health Services Research Unit (CDHSRU) at the University of Toronto, Dr. John published and developed analytics and KPIs that are still widely used today in the dental industry.
His knowledge of the macroeconomics of dentistry is complemented by his deep understanding of the microeconomics of a dental practice, honed during his years working as a practicing dentist. Access to dental care is also a passion for Dr. John Maggirias. Though he founded Dentacloud with a focus on the financial aspect of dental practices, he knows that software and data can be foundational building blocks for developing a national dental care program in his home country, Canada.
