Claudia Mueller

Ms. Mueller is a talent strategist who helps leaders, organizations, and students prepare for the mining industry of the future. She has spent the last ten years researching the talent, skill and organizational challenges in the metals and minerals industry and regularly shares her insights as a speaker, panellist, facilitator, and instructor.

Ms. Mueller formerly served as Program Director of the Global Metals and Minerals Management MBA program at the Schulich School of Business, York University. She also serves as the Program Director of the Mining Academy at Schulich ExecEd. In this capacity, Ms. Mueller is involved in the development, management, and delivery of custom programs for clients in the metals and minerals sector. Her vision is to create personalized, exciting learning journeys for leaders by offering diverse education opportunities.

Ms. Mueller holds a Business Law degree (Germany) and a Master of International Business (Australia) and is a PhD Student at the Robert M. Buchan Department of Mining at Queen’s University (Canada).  She has worked around the globe in areas such as Human Resources, Business Development, Capacity Building, Teaching and Research.
