Deanna E. Davies, MBA, CED, PMP®, Prosci®, is a facilitator, educator, project leadership professional, and community builder with more than 27 years of experience across consulting, business, education, government, nonprofit, and community-based environments.
Her work focuses on the human side of projects, change, and leadership—helping individuals and teams strengthen communication, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complexity with greater clarity and confidence.
Deanna brings extensive experience in post-secondary education and applied project management learning, having taught and led graduate-level programs in project management, leadership, stakeholder engagement, consulting, organizational change, and emotional intelligence. Her teaching approach is practical and learner-centred, connecting theory to real-world application through discussion, reflection, case-based learning, and professional experience.
In addition to her academic work, Deanna leads a consulting practice, where she supports organizations through facilitation, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and change initiatives. Her work also incorporates the EQ frameworks to support greater self-awareness, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership growth.
She is also a speaker and author of The In-Between, with a particular interest in resilience, transition, and leading well through uncertainty.
Deanna holds an MBA in Community Economic Development and Leadership, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), a Prosci® Change Management Practitioner, and an emotional intelligence practitioner using EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360®.
