Jessica Chaikowsky

Jessica has spent her 20+ year career focused on bringing both rigour and compassion to the way companies acquire, onboard, assess and develop their people. Jessica works with individuals and people managers as a coach in the classroom and at a strategic level, consulting with executives and HR leadership teams. She carries a toolkit packed with learning design and facilitation expertise, change and project management knowledge and a deep curiosity about why we do and say what we do. She has worked for Nortel, Nav Canada, Canadian Management Centre, Starbucks, and Aecon and has consulted with national and international clients across multiple industries during her six years with Deloitte. Her business acumen and interest in everything ‘future of work’ brings a long-term perspective with the pragmatism of being able to coach leaders on how to get things done.
Jessica holds her B.A. in English Literature and Philosophy. She earned her TESL certification while teaching English in Ukraine in the mid-1990s and received her Executive MBA in 2010. She also has topical certifications in change management, adult learning and various 360 and psychometric assessments. She is currently an independent consultant developing and delivering leadership programs, assessing and coaching high-potential leaders and offering advisory services on talent assessment and development strategies. Jessica sings jazz as a hobby and owns a wine-importing and education agency.
