Schulich ExecEd and CUOA Business School: Uniting Global Leaders

Schulich ExecEd and CUOA Business School from Veneto, Italy, are excited to partner for the second consecutive year to launch the dynamic Certificate in Leading Global Teams and Strategy program in September 2025. This virtual program will bring together leaders from across the globe, starting with a networking event followed by five engaging sessions. It is designed for mid-level managers and senior leaders who are eager to upskill and tackle the challenges faced by leaders today.

Global Leadership Today 

To effectively teach global leadership and highlight diverse perspectives, this co-delivered program will feature esteemed faculty from both Schulich ExecEd and CUOA Business School. The curriculum will focus on key areas essential for leaders who are looking to improve their leadership skills and successfully guide their teams through the unpredictable and ever-changing global landscape.

The program will consist of five modules, each delivered in four-hour sessions. These sessions will cover topics such as strategic vision, innovation and change, intercultural management, the art of negotiation in the age of AI, and strategic business decisions. Each session will offer valuable insights from leaders across Canada, the EU, and around the world.

Faculty will provide tactical strategies for leaders to implement within their organizations, along with peer learning and networking opportunities, giving participants new perspectives they can take back to their teams and workplaces.
