- Lean Tools & Techniques – Gain hands-on experience with key Lean tools, including Poka-yoke (error-proofing), SMED (quick changeovers), work standardization, Kanban, Kaizen, workflow boards, and SQDCP boards.

- Change Management & Team Leadership – Develop leadership skills to manage change, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Measure Phase – Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Gage R&R to ensure accurate data collection. Utilize KPIs to define success metrics. Develop Process Maps and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) to assess risks and process efficiency.
- Analyze Phase – Apply tools like Fishbone Diagrams, 5 Whys, and Affinity Diagrams to identify root causes. Leverage graphical data analysis, including Box Plots, Probability Plots, Time Series, Scatter Plots, Pareto Charts, and Histograms, to diagnose process issues. Use hypothesis testing, regression, ANOVA, and Design of Experiments (DOE) for data-driven decision-making.
- Improve Phase – Identify sources of variation and develop optimized solutions. Utilize Gantt Charts to plan and manage project timelines. Establish tolerances for new processes and prepare a structured implementation plan.
