  • Examine the key frameworks of project management, including definitions, management areas, process groups, roles and responsibilities, approaches and principles.

  • Explore the tangible and intangible benefits of project management, and touch on topics like resistance, managing change, and the importance of the Project Charter.

  • Plan the critical components of projects, including scope, requirements, scheduling, quality, costs, resources, and stakeholders, as well as identify and analyze risks, and build an effective risk response plan.

  • Understand the difference between leading and managing projects, as well as the key process activities to ensure deliverables are successfully completed according to plan.

  • Track and manage projects, and determine corrective actions and workarounds.

  • Learn 4 key components of project close-out, ensuring both a phase and project are brought to an orderly end and appropriately transition the product to the client or end-user.
