  • Review the key principles, values, and competencies in the field of organization development and change. Understand your role as an “instrument of change” and get a practical introduction to action research and dialogic OD models.

  • Learn systemic approaches to thinking and approaches to managing and leading change across an organization.

  • Describe organizational culture, the leader’s role in creating culture and the levers for change. Furthermore, you will learn about various OD interventions, including developing a leadership strategy, teaming and psychological safety.

  • Learn why business acumen and understanding strategy development are important to the OD practitioner. Learn how to influence senior leaders by writing effective business cases.

  • Apply your new knowledge and skills at an organization of your choice in a real client/consultant relationship. Working with a group of learning partners, you’ll receive coaching from our experienced faculty while gaining real-world experiences for your post-program career.
