Rhona is an award winning part-time faculty member of York University’s Schulich School of Business, Program Director for Schulich ExecEd’s Schulich Mini-MBA: Essentials of Management, and founding partner of SIGMA Strategic Solutions Inc. where she works with organizations to align people, performance and strategic purpose. Her areas of expertise include: managing strategic change; innovation and critical thinking; strategic agility; strategic planning and facilitation; organizational design and interpersonal effectiveness. Ric Williams is President of Williams and Goffin Consulting Inc. He has had extensive experience in the health care industry through work with a broad range of pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device suppliers, medical laboratories and the Canadian Hospital Association Nursing Unit Administration. Ric has designed, delivered and implemented service quality systems and education in a broad range of industries and government organizations on five continents. The focus is on delivering results through customer service excellence. Prior to joining MNP, Richard served as a Global Internal Audit and Risk Management Director for General Mills Inc. with oversight of over 100 country operations. He was also Chief Audit Executive and Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance for a Canadian subsidiary of one of the largest utilities and renewable energy operators in the U.S., Berkshire Hathaway Energy Canada.
