As a leader in Design Thinking specializing in User Experience Strategy and Product Design, Candice focuses her career on developing brands and designing products and services with a human-centred approach.
Understanding what motivates and influences people’s behaviour drives Candice’s passion for problem-solving, instilling empathy at each stage. Candice has built and led product design teams, innovation and R&D labs, and product development funnels from ideation to market delivery, grounded in data analysis, user research and a test-and-learn approach.
She has worked with organizations to transform their perspectives on product development and service design, led by putting the customer first, data analytics and cultural collaboration.
Candice has acquired specialized certifications in her field of work, including CSPO, CUA, and Certified PM.
In her spare time, she enjoys travel, golf, real estate and design renovations.
