Program Overview

  • Prepare for the first day of the in-person program with a virtual meeting that examines new trends, workplace strategies and technologies in leadership. Meet your peers and identify common areas of interest and shared goals for this program.

  • Develop new perspectives and reexamine your purpose as a leader with in-depth explorations of the most valued leadership schools of thought. Topics in this module:

     

    • Become a Disruptive Leader: Solve complex challenges using scientific thinking and innovation. Design your Leadership 4.0 blueprint with actionable strategies and long-term development plans. Lead transformation with bold, forward-thinking practices.
    • Become a Relational Leader: Reignite your purpose by reflecting on key moments and planning for growth. Foster inclusion by understanding diverse perspectives and creating belonging. Build trust and empower teams through relational coaching and impactful conversations.
    • Become an Innovation Leader: Unlock possibilities with storytelling and design-driven thinking. Strengthen culture, co-create innovation processes, and reimagine challenges as opportunities. Enhance imaginative skills to drive meaningful change.
  • Deepen your learnings in a Peer Leadership Learning Circle to develop your leadership goals and apply your learnings from the program.
