Aileen Nandy
Aileen (she/her, pronounced ‘eh-lean’) is a seasoned digital product & strategy leader based in Toronto. Across more than 20 years of experience, she’s led Mattel Canada’s digital transformation, launched Canada’s first new telco in more than a decade and taught the Ladies’ Home Journal editorial staff how to use Twitter.
More recently, she’s led a boutique consultancy supporting diverse clients in applying a user-centred approach to strategy and product for financial services, utilities, and clinical trial solutions. Her proudest achievement isn’t any single product but the opportunities she’s had to change the way people think at work.
