Jonathan Cinelli

Jonathan Cinelli is a Project Management Professional (PMP), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a licensed Construction & Maintenance Electrician (309A) with over 30 years of experience rooted in the construction industry. He has held every role from field electrician to Director of Project Management at OZZ Electric Inc., where he led teams and managed hundreds of millions of dollars in electrical construction work across some of the most complex projects in Canada.

Jonathan is the founder of a consultancy focused on human-centered project management and leadership development for construction professionals. He is also a partner with York University–Schulich Continuing Adult Education, where he has created and delivered talks and educational platforms for project managers across North America. An alumnus of the Schulich Business Leadership Pathway, Jonathan joined Schulich ExecEd in 2025 to deliver the closing keynote at PROMEX on Project Management Skills for Construction Excellence.

Jonathan brings a practical, research-informed approach to the classroom. His teaching emphasizes real-world contract management, stakeholder communication, and the human dynamics that drive project outcomes. He has served as a panel advisor for the Project Management Institute. Jonathan’s sessions are known for being engaging, immediately applicable, and grounded in the realities of the modern job site.
