Catherine Dine is an award-winning researcher and strategist with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing), Bachelor of Arts (English), a CMRP (Certified Market Research Professional) and Moderator Training from the Riva Training Institute in Maryland. Catherine’s research expertise has developed over more than 20 years in the industry including progressively senior corporate and research agency roles. Catherine works with select clients in a highly collaborative, integrated and impactful fashion. Categories range from financial services and capital markets, through entertainment and technology, to consumer-packaged goods and pharmaceuticals. Catherine is a co-chair of the Canadian Chapter of QRCA (Qualitative Research Consultants Association), a conference speaker and regular attendee at a range of industry events worldwide, and a life-long learner in the fields of psychology, anthropology, behavioural science, mental health, creativity and client experience through study and application. Catherine is an instructor for the Design Thinking program at the Schulich ExecEd of York University – teaching about the Empathy and Discovery phases of the Design Thinking approach to Innovation.

Charles Cho is a professor of accounting and Erivan K. Haub Chair in Business & Sustainability at the Schulich School of Business, York University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Master of Science in Accounting, and a PhD in Business Administration (Accounting Track) from the University of Central Florida. He also worked for KPMG LLP and other public accounting firms for several years in auditing and taxation. His research interests include social and environmental accounting; corporate social responsibility (CSR); and accounting and the public Interest. Charles currently serves as director of the Centre of Excellence in Responsible Business (COERB) at the Schulich School of Business.

Dr. Charles Igwe is a seasoned program management leader with over 15 years of experience delivering high-stakes projects in the energy, construction, and public sectors. As Program Manager at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, he leads transformative hydrogen and tritium initiatives aligned with Canada’s clean energy goals. Previously, as Section Head of Decommissioning Planning, he managed regulatory strategies and stakeholder engagement across national nuclear sites. A faculty member at Algonquin, Conestoga, and St. Lawrence Colleges, Dr. Igwe teaches project management with a focus on practical application, drawing on his extensive industry experience. He holds a PhD in Construction Project Management, an Executive MBA, and certifications including PMP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-ACP®, MSP® Practitioner, PRINCE2®, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. As Vice President of Professional Development at the PMI Ottawa Valley Chapter, he champions mentoring and professional growth. Specializing in strategic planning, risk leadership, and AI-enabled project delivery, Dr. Igwe inspires students to navigate complexity with confidence—making him an invaluable asset to the Masters Certificate in Project Management.

Chloé has shared ideas and facilitated stimulating conversations with groups from retail, local government, long-term care and more, spanning topics from leadership fundamentals, emotional awareness, negotiation and photography. One of the highlights of her career so far is having the privilege of working closely with Michael Bungay Stanier, author of The Coaching Habit, a Wall Street Journal best-selling book on coaching. Currently studying Adult Learning at George Brown College, she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University. Chris Bosch
Chris Bosch, MA, MWS, CFRE, has over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and has spent most of his career learning, teaching, and facilitating in the areas of strategy development, conflict resolution, leadership development, and problem-solving using design thinking principles. He has been a senior leader with World Vision Canada, taught at four different universities, started a nonprofit organization called Flourish Financial to support the capital needs of small and growing businesses in poorer contexts and led many planning sessions with organizations like the Humanitarian Coalition, Canadian Mental Health Association, Canadian Feed the Children, Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies, Toronto District School Board and many other social service organizations. Chris has certifications as a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Professional Director (board governance), Balanced Scorecard specialist (strategic planning methodology), and graduate degrees in International Development and Political Theory. He lives in Oakville with his wife, Lydia, who is a teacher, and they are parents to two adult children, Josiah and Levi.

Kitty holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Managements & Human Resources from Saint Mary’s University. Claudia Mueller
Ms. Mueller is a talent strategist who helps leaders, organizations, and students prepare for the mining industry of the future. She has spent the last ten years researching the talent, skill and organizational challenges in the metals and minerals industry and regularly shares her insights as a speaker, panellist, facilitator, and instructor. Daniel Warner is a serial entrepreneur, startup advisor and consultant with more than fifteen years of experience launching and scaling new ventures, including SnapSaves, which was acquired by Groupon in 2014. Daniel's passion for health innovation followed a Crohn's Disease diagnosis in 2015, at which point he decided to focus his energy on improving health care. As an active member in the digital health community, Daniel is on the Premier’s Digital Health and Innovation Council and was a member of former-Health Minister Hoskin’s Digital Health Leadership Group. Daniel is an advisor on the #Tech4SickKids initiative, Sinai Health System’s IBD Cabinet and is the alumni chair for the Schulich School of Business’ Startup Program, where he graduated with an MBA in 2012.
