Participants build response plans that support coordinated action and decision-making during disruptive events, establish clear accountability, governance, and leadership pathways during incidents, and lead teams and stakeholders through uncertainty, disruption, and rapidly evolving situations.

This module develops structured approaches for restoring operations, services, and organizational capability following disruption, while maintaining critical operations and services during disruptive events. Participants build recovery approaches that support timely restoration of business capabilities, strengthen the organization’s ability to adapt, respond, recover, and continue operating under pressure, and identify lessons learned and opportunities to strengthen future preparedness, recovery, and resilience efforts.
