The Learning Experience
This program is designed for high-potential leaders preparing to navigate complex organizational challenges and elevate their performance at the intersection of human potential, AI, and strategy. It builds the capabilities needed to move beyond traditional management, empowering professionals to close the strategy-execution gap, align teams, and drive measurable impact in today’s high-pressure, AI-driven environments.
Participants learn to maximize human potential, integrate AI, and execute strategy through a high-energy, deeply practical experience. You’ll explore your “Magnus Effect” (small shifts creating outsized impact), strengthen followership to mobilize teams, and learn Human + AI collaboration to augment decision-making without losing the human edge. Through workshops, executive conversations, and experiential activities, this program compresses months of development into several days of study, equipping you to translate strategy into action and lead with clarity and speed.

Who is this Program For?
Admission to this program is selective to ensure a rich learning environment. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, demonstrating responsibility for teams, projects, or strategic initiatives.
- Completed application submission, including a current resume outlining professional experience and leadership roles.
- Professional reference attesting to the applicant’s leadership capability, growth potential, and readiness for an intensive executive program.
- Commitment to full participation in the learning experience, including all workshops and experiential activities.
All applicants are carefully reviewed. Admission is granted based on leadership trajectory, readiness for advanced development, and contribution to cohort diversity.
