Combines PM Essentials and PM Advanced with a capstone project for hands-on, real-world experience.

4. Masters Certificate in Applied Project Management + PMP® Prep
Includes PM Essentials, PM Advanced, capstone project, and dedicated PMP® exam preparation—ideal for project manager careers.

5. Masters Certificate in Applied Project Management + PMP® Prep + Sector-specific Specialization+*
Adds a sector-specific specialization (construction, energy, healthcare, or tech) to the full program for professionals seeking focused expertise.

    • Introducing Earned Value Management (EVM)
    • Conducting variance analysis and forecasting
    • Reporting costs and communicating financial updates
