Alternatively, participants can register in individual modules as standalone programs. Senior leaders can also request to prequalify for the full Masters Certificate program without taking Leadership 1 by submitting this form.

Module 1: The Key Roles of Supervisors and Front-Line Managers: The Essentials of Progressing in Organizations
Start the program by diving into the essentials of progressing in organizations, developing a “different, progressive” mindset, and setting goals and managing time. Explore the need-to-know information for transitioning from doing to being responsible for results and the challenges of progressing in a workplace. Then, identify opportunities to add value and plan effectively in teams.Module 2: Effective Leadership and Team Motivation Techniques
Explore the key points of a supervisor as a leader, learn how to work with and through others, and gain motivational techniques. This module answers key questions like what leadership and leadership styles mean before delving into opportunity creation and building and defining teams. Finish off the module with motivation topics like motivating without money.Module 3: Goal Setting and Performance Management
Establish clear and measurable goals that align with your organization’s vision and mission. Utilize performance management tools to monitor progress and ensure accountability. Apply coaching techniques to foster growth, enhance skills, and achieve impactful results.Module 4: Managing Diverse Teams and Problems
Gain insight into the make-up of the multigenerational workforce and how to manage conflict amongst different generations. Reach agreements as a team with the six steps of efficient problem-solving. Finish off the module by learning tools to speed along successful implementation.Module 5: Managing Difficult Situations
End the program by reviewing management ethics, resolving disagreements, and learning how to provide constructive performance feedback. Familiarize yourself with the basic ethics of a workplace and a manager’s responsibility and accountability. Set yourself up for success with steps for dealing with touch, real-world work situations and tips for starting discussions, keeping on target and reaching a successful outcome. -

Module 1: Purposeful Leadership
Explore and uncover your leadership identity. Thanks to historical and scientific perspectives, from Plato and Lao Tzu to Machiavelli and neurosciences, identify what will make you a great leader and how this leadership will manifest for you. Learn to lead with greater purpose and presence to better meet strategic objectives and inspire others.Module 2: Culture Shaping
How do leaders shape a culture? Participants will identify key strategies for shaping an organization’s culture in the face of adversity, change and new opportunities. Examine how company culture is impacted in the face of poor performance or adversity, and identify how to effectively navigate the perils of change by leveraging company culture, not losing it.Module 3: Making Great Decisions
Learn how to see decision-making from multiple perspectives. Explore the impact of decision-making from small to big on all core dimensions of the business and develop your own leadership toolkit for making great decisions. Then, familiarize yourself with making those tough, real-world business decisions.Module 4: Organizational Design
How can we organize our teams, roles and responsibilities? Participants will examine how great companies changed their organizational design to achieve better results and identify strategies they can apply back in their business. From acquiring new talent to shifting people and departments, this course examines structural changes leaders need to make future-proof the business.Module 5: Mobilizing Teams
How can leaders inspire teams to take action and execute a strategy? Participants will identify strategies for motivating, inspiring and charting a clear path. Identify strategies for motivating teams, develop methodical strategies to align your team to your organization’s strategy, and build team momentum and resilience. -
