Dr. Carlo Biasucci, BSc., DDS, is the founder of Elite Practice, Canada’s largest provider of training to dental teams. He is a 2005 graduate of Western University’s Schulich Faculty of Dentistry and is the author of 4 books and over 200 articles on all aspects of dentistry and professional practice. After surviving an injury that almost ended his career, Dr. Biasucci was determined to change his practice from a beast of burden to a business that would allow him to live life on his terms. He took his already-successful multi-million-dollar practice, tripled it in 3 years, and cut his work week in half. He now spends 100% of his time sharing exactly how dentists can get off the treadmill of trading hours for dollars. He and his team have worked with hundreds of dentists across North America to realize the dream they had when they entered the profession of dentistry. He was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, and currently lives in the outskirts of town with his wife Ashlee and daughter Allison (and a poodle named Rufus), enjoying all that the north has to offer.

Carlos has a Bachelor of Science degree with a psychology major and a Master’s of Education degree from the University of Toronto with a focus on adult education and community development. In addition, Carlos is Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) certified and has provided total quality methodology leadership as a Six Sigma practitioner and ISO Lead Auditor. In an extensive IT career, he has created and led national soft-skills training programs along with customer and employee focus group initiatives.

Dr. Quiñonez is a dental public health specialist and academic. He studies the politics and economics of dentistry, and his research can be found in the world’s leading dental and health care policy journals. He regularly acts as a consultant to governmental and non-governmental agencies, and is internationally recognized as a leading figure in oral health care policy.

Caroline Brereton RN, MBA, began her career in Ontario in 1987. She delivered direct care as a registered nurse and a midwife in her early career. She has contributed to the delivery of quality health care in Ontario in a range of senior executive leadership roles across the acute and community care continuum. She led the implementation of the University of Toronto’s Mississauga Medical Academy and the transformation of the multi-partner complex Shared Service West group purchasing organization. A focus on best outcomes for patients and families has been a hallmark of her leadership in clinical care. At the organizational level, Caroline has been a leader in developing strong, performance-based cultures through effective staff engagement and technology optimization. All of these roles have given her extensive insights into the drivers of change in the health system. Collaboration with multiple partners and use of data is a hallmark of her leadership approach to delivering improved outcomes for patients and professionals. In addition to her clinical and leadership experiences, Caroline holds an MBA from Queen's University and is a graduate of the Rotman Advanced Health Leadership Program. She volunteers on a number of Boards of Directors, is a member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders and an advisor on not-for-profit board governance. Caroline joined the Ontario Chiropractic Association as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in June 2018. Since then, she has been focused on been focused on building relationships with all partners that impact Chiropractors and their patients in Ontario, ensuring that through innovative and leading practice programs and services, the Association is making a difference for members and supporting others in their accountabilities to the profession.

Caroline Kolompar has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare management. She joined Massage Addict in 2016 and has held several positions on the Sr. Management team including Chief Marketing and Operations Officer. Caroline is currently President of Massage Addict Inc. Caroline began her career in the marketing department of Timex Canada. After Timex, Caroline worked in marketing leadership roles at both Revlon Canada and Revlon USA where she most recently held the position of SVP Marketing and Customer Marketing for Beauty Care brands. The success of the brands was due to combination of traditional advertising coupled with a consultative and integrated approach to working with national retailers such as Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Target and CVS to promote the portfolio. Moving back to Canada in 2008 Caroline assumed a senior marketing role at Herbal Magic, Canada’s Largest retail-based weight loss organization. In that position she was responsible for acquiring new clients through direct response acquisition tactics, including but not limited to Internet, TV, grass roots advertising and PR. In 2014, Caroline became Chief Business Development Manager and member of the Executive Management Team, at PhysicianOne Urgent Care, formally known as Urgent Care of Connecticut. In addition to advertising, new patient acquisition and new program development (Occupational Medicine/Workman’s Compensation) she was also responsible for  leading an initiative to rebrand the organization in preparation for expansion within Connecticut as well as to neighbouring states.

Caroline Papadatos is an experienced sales & marketing executive, recognized as a leading expert in designing transformative customer loyalty solutions for global companies. She has held leadership positions in diverse sectors, including retail, telecom and publishing. Her past executive roles include senior vice-president of marketing for Rogers Communications Inc., Canada’s largest telecom services provider, CRM Leader at Sears Canada, senior vice-president and Chief Knowledge Officer at Loyalty One and senior vice-president of marketing for the AIR MILES Reward Program. With her extensive practitioner experience in loyalty, customer centricity and brand management, Caroline is a successful B2C and B2B change agent and has a proven track record in designing and managing loyalty coalitions, delivering innovative customer loyalty and retention strategies to drive superior customer financial performance. Caroline is a frequent speaker and blog writer on loyalty topics, and a 2018 Speaker and 2019 Judge at the Loyalty Magazine Awards. She has been an active board member and strategic partner of the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) and was recognized with an Honorary Lifetime Member award by the CMA for her contributions to marketing in Canada.

Catherine Dine is an award-winning researcher and strategist with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing), Bachelor of Arts (English), a CMRP (Certified Market Research Professional) and Moderator Training from the Riva Training Institute in Maryland. Catherine’s research expertise has developed over more than 20 years in the industry including progressively senior corporate and research agency roles. Catherine works with select clients in a highly collaborative, integrated and impactful fashion. Categories range from financial services and capital markets, through entertainment and technology, to consumer-packaged goods and pharmaceuticals. Catherine is a co-chair of the Canadian Chapter of QRCA (Qualitative Research Consultants Association), a conference speaker and regular attendee at a range of industry events worldwide, and a life-long learner in the fields of psychology, anthropology, behavioural science, mental health, creativity and client experience through study and application. Catherine is an instructor for the Design Thinking program at the Schulich ExecEd of York University – teaching about the Empathy and Discovery phases of the Design Thinking approach to Innovation.

Project Management

Celine is a sought after international instructor with experience as a project manager on IT related projects, behavioral science projects as well as program development and delivery projects. She has effectively shaped and supported high performance teams in a variety of international venues. Celine is a regular lecturer at the Schulich ExecEd as a member of the Masters Certificate in Project Management Program. Celine holds a diploma in education, an undergraduate degree in arts, and a master’s degree in social sciences. She also holds a systems analyst certification. She has worked and instructed in both French and English, in Canada, the US, Asia, Australia and Europe. She is a member of the Project Management Institute and she is designated as a Project Management Professional.

Charles Cho is a professor of accounting and Erivan K. Haub Chair in Business & Sustainability at the Schulich School of Business, York University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Master of Science in Accounting, and a PhD in Business Administration (Accounting Track) from the University of Central Florida. He also worked for KPMG LLP and other public accounting firms for several years in auditing and taxation. His research interests include social and environmental accounting; corporate social responsibility (CSR); and accounting and the public Interest. Charles currently serves as director of the Centre of Excellence in Responsible Business (COERB) at the Schulich School of Business.

Charmaine has a passion for helping others bring joy and fun back into their work and lives. She aims to create a positive ripple of change in others to help improve their personal and business success.Having a career both as an entrepreneur and as an executive working for prominent global organizations, Charmaine brings a business mindset with a real-life, hands-on approach. Her guidelines for coaching, facilitation and consulting are firm yet flexible, challenging yet respectful; to dream big then get practical to get to results in a fun, engaging way. Charmaine was the Development Leader for an award-winning “Best Global Executive Development Program.” She designed, developed and was a Facilitator for this 18-month strategic talent management leadership experience to grow top talent for future roles. Chip Clark is an organization development consultant who first learned project management in 1988, working with high-tech project managers in California’s Silicon Valley. She spent the next several years teaching project management skills to product development teams at companies from A (Apple Computer) to Z (Zonare Medical Systems). Project management training and consulting have been an integral part of her practice ever since. She currently teaches Fundamentals of Project Management for the Gardiner Center at Memorial University, and coaches project managers. Chip also has extensive experience facilitating strategic planning and change management projects, resolving workplace conflicts, and facilitating difficult meetings of all types. She holds degrees in Biology and Counselling Psychology, and pursued graduate studies in Cultural Anthropology. She lives in St. John’s, Newfoundland.

Chloé has shared ideas and facilitated stimulating conversations with groups from retail, local government, long-term care and more, spanning topics from leadership fundamentals, emotional awareness, negotiation and photography. One of the highlights of her career so far is having the privilege of working closely with Michael Bungay Stanier, author of The Coaching Habit, a Wall Street Journal best-selling book on coaching. Currently studying Adult Learning at George Brown College, she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University. Chloé feeds her sense of curiosity and adventure by exploring with her dog, canoe camping and hiking, all while stopping every second to take a photograph.
